About Us
Brockwell’s Septic and Service, Inc. is owned by James N. Brockwell and his wife, Debbie M. Bonevich Brockwell. The business was started by James’ brother, the late, John H. Brockwell, Jr. in 1994 with the purchase of the first pump truck. John Jr. learned his septic experience from his father, the late John H. Brockwell, Sr. who had operated septic businesses since the early 70s. John, Jr. purchased a second pump truck in September 1997. James, who was previously an economist, purchased his brother’s business in May 1999 and currently works as its president. Debbie, who was previously a health care administrator, is the only other corporate officer and acts as the secretary and treasurer. Since James and Debbie’s ownership, Brockwell’s Septic and Service has grown from two pump trucks serving residential customers to five pump trucks plus a tanker. We now offer services to commercial and government clients and have recently acquired Commonwealth Septic Services. This new merger enables Brockwell’s Septic and Service to provide specialty services in system repairs, pumps, pump controls, and confined space entry jobs to our customers.
Our philosophy is simple: We want our customers to associate the Brockwell name on our white trucks with great service, honest and fair treatment, a wealth of information and staying power in our market. We also want to be on the cutting edge by using the latest technology to provide our services. Brockwell’s Septic and Service will always provide the best service possible and insure that our customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
