We offer our commercial customers maintenance contracts whereby we assume the role of servicing their wastewater system. Contracts include establishing an appropriate cleaning schedule for septic tanks / grease traps, regular inspections of system components such as pumps and filters, and Pump & Haul Agreements.
Our maintenance contracts allow our commercial customers to focus on running their own business while we insure that their wastewater systems do not interfere with the daily operation of their business. A business is just like a household, if it’s not connected to public sewer then it has a septic system that needs to be serviced periodically. With our maintenance contracts, business owners have one less aspect of their operation that they need to manage. This benefit extends to the small, family owned business with a single site to the larger, national chain that has a centralized office in charge of facilities management for multiple sites. Restaurants benefit from our maintenance contracts in that by having their grease traps cleaned on a routine cycle, they minimize discharge fees imposed by their local treatment facility.
We also offer our commercial customers the availability of emergency services. With a fleet of 5 pump trucks and 1 tanker we are capable of hauling 21,000 gallons of wastewater at any given time. We provide our commercial customers the comfort associated with knowing we are able to respond to their needs quickly. Also, we have trained and certified personnel for confined space entry work and have 20+ years of commercial sewage pump diagnostic and repair experience.
